She is currently the Undersecretary for Legal Services and Liaison Cluster of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and is also the Undersecretary in-charge of the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking.

The Legal Staff of the DOJ and the DOJ Legislative Liaison Office are under her supervision, and she is in-charge of coordinating with the Office of the Solicitor General, Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, Presidential Commission on Good Government, Public Attorney’s Office, and Land Registration Authority.
